Due to Skype Android restrictions, devices running Android 2.2 will only be able to use the rear-facing camera. Devices with Android 2.3 or higher will be able to use both front and rear-facing cameras.

Skype video calling should still work on your device, but call quality may not be perfect just yet as we have yet to certify your device. Rest assured, we’re working hard to certify all Android handsets, including yours. You can always modify the video calling settings from the Settings menu as well.
